Creating a Wish List: 100 Good Habits to Adopt

Hard work and dedication always pay off. Starting each day with strong, positive thinking is the best way to start each day. Everyone has dreams and goals they want to achieve in life, and creating a wish list is the best way to make sure you don't forget them. List career goals, travel destinations, health goals, finances, or relationships.

It can be as long or as short as you want. Really, if you can dream it, you can do it. It takes time to change a habit. According to a study conducted by Phillippa Lally, professor of health psychology at University College London, it takes more than two months, or 66 days, for a new habit to take hold. Are you ready to make a change in your lifestyle but don't know where to start? Well, developing 100 good habits that align with your goals will undoubtedly change your life. In this post, I'll share 100 good habits that you can adopt in your daily routines to improve your mental and physical health, and progress in your personal and professional efforts.

There will be days when you will take things out of the park and many days when you will not achieve what you wanted to achieve. Instead of insisting on what you didn't finish, reward yourself for every victory. Keep personal rewards in mind when creating your own list of 100 good habits. Adding time to your day to do more things is great, but you'll have to sacrifice your night by setting an earlier bedtime. Resting more can lead to a significant increase in productivity.

Try going to bed early the night before to see how rejuvenated you'll feel in the morning to start your day. This should definitely be included in the top ten range of the 100 good habits you plan to develop in 90 days. Earthing promotes better well-being and healing by increasing energy, improving blood flow, reducing stress levels and physical pain. You can dedicate yourself to “grounding” by simply walking barefoot through your garden to make physical contact with the Earth. It's one of the 100 best habits that I would recommend to anyone who adds it to their list. Food costs more and more every year, but to have a rich and healthy diet, you may have to pay the price.

This doesn't mean going out to eat more at expensive restaurants. Develop nutritious eating habits that your body will thank you. Within the next 90 days, include more fruits, more vegetables, water, herbal teas and tasty plant-based meals prepared in your kitchen with love in your 100 good habits list. Reflect on how you would like to feel each day and train your mind to synchronize with the achievement of your fitness goals. The more exercising becomes a habit, your body will reward you for it.

Your brain will be more alert, you'll have more energy throughout the day, and you'll also feel and look better. Developing an abundant mindset should be one of the 100 best habits you plan to develop over time. I know you're probably thinking about the importance of 8 hours of rest every night. Well, women need to sleep more hours than men. The recommended hours of sleep are 8 to 10 for our body to rejuvenate and heal. Business changes and career transitions will be more common in the future.

It's good to meet some people from different places. You'll never know when or where you'll need an open door to a new opportunity. Incorporate meeting other professional professionals into your list of 100 good habits to develop. What's the use of being successful if you're going to save information and not share the wealth? You should want those around you to win too. Helping others was one of my personal favorites of the 100 good habits I acquired over time.

There are additional resources you can use to maintain the 100 good habits you develop. A support system is key, but daily habit trackers can keep you up to date. One of the fundamental habits of successful people is getting out of bed early. It gives them a sense of confidence to plan things so that they can easily perform their daily tasks. They make the most of this time by exercising and planning their activities for the whole day. Having a wish list and something to look forward to will keep you excited about life and ready to face tomorrow.

Whether you want to create a travel list to go to Spain or prioritize your family and career, it's never too late to start pursuing your dreams and prioritizing your emotional well-being. Hope is powerful, and making a wish list gives people a reason to fuel that spark and anticipate what's to come when the days seem long.
